The gold jewellery is plated with genuine 18K gold and has a core of genuine 925 sterling silver. This product is made from 100% recycled silver. The bar is made of genuine 925 sterling silver. Insert the back part of the piercing through the ear from behind and screw it on with the front part of the piercing.
