Piercing with a clear heart shaped Cubic Zirconia stone in genuine 925 sterling silver. The gold jewellery is plated with genuine 18K gold and has a core of genuine 925 sterling silver. The bar is made of genuine 925 sterling silver. This product is made of 100% recycled silver. Insert the back part of the piercing through the ear from behind and screw it on with the front part of the piercing.
