Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right under distance selling regulations to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our online withdrawal form. Once you have completed and submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received your request.

Have you just placed your order? Please note that we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled before it is processed or shipped from our warehouse. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.

How do I return an item?

• Carefully pack the products and ensure they are returned in packaging suitable for transport.

•Attach the return label to the parcel (a return slip is included with every order). Remember to write your order number in the designated field on the return label and include your sender details on the back of the parcel. You will find the return form here.

• Drop the parcel in a standard mailbox or at a postal drop-off point. Please do not hand it in at a post office or service centre counter.

Please note that engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.

A return fee of €6,90 applies.
