The gold piercing is plated with genuine 18K gold and has a core of genuine 925 sterling silver. The bar is 1 mm wide and made of genuine 925 sterling silver. This product is made from 100% recycled silver. Sold individually. Insert the back part of the piercing through the ear from behind and screw it tight with the front part of the piercing.
