Christmas is coming! Our recommendation is to order at latest 16/12 for delivery before Christmas. We know Christmas gifts can be tricky, and sometimes you don't get it right. But there is no need to worry - we currently have extended returns from now until 12/1 2020.

How do you send my order?

With Nimbus 2000! Or at least we tried that as an option with unfortunate results. Depending on where you are spreading your magic in the world, you will be able to choose between different options of delivery. We use partners like DHL, UPS and others.

How much is the shipping fee?

We have free shipping! (Only in EU.) The cost of your delivery depends on which shipping option you choose. You will see all our amazing shipping options in the checkout process. NOTE: Customs and VAT are not included outside the EU.

How fast is the delivery time?

Try blinking once and we’re on our way with your order! Jokes aside we always offer Express Delivery within 48h. Delivery time also depends on which shipping option you choose. You will see delivery time for each shipping option in the checkout process.

Returns

How do I make a return?

  1. Order a free return label here: (Free returns, only in EU.)

  2. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed successfully.

  3. We will send you an email with an attached return label and return-form within 24 (working) hours.

  4. Print label and attach to the outside of the letter, on top of the previous label. Note: it's good to use the same package as you received your order in.

  5. Simply post the letter in the nearest mailbox.

  6. Wait for our handling. Returns are normally fully processed within 10-30 business days from the day you sent it back.

I've returned the package, what's next?

Within 5 business days (about 1 week) from receiving your return package, we'll contact you with more information about when you expect to receive the refund. Usually the return shipping time is 3 working days. If you have trouble understanding the instructions, please reach out to our mail and one of our staff will answer your question as soon as possible.

Fast terms

Please note that we do not offer the opportunity to change your products directly. A refund will be made to the original account for the products you return. You can place a new order at any time if you wish to receive other products. The products should be in the same condition as when you received them.
